The Park Place is the main building in the complex and the “control center” for management and services. Guests are greeted by a friendly receptionist in the spacious, 2-story reception area.

Due to the success of the first Park Place Center building, a second was completed. Located on the same quiet grounds, The Annex offers most of the same support and services of the Park Place, but adds more 7-9 room suites with their own reception areas.

The Charleston complex was the answer to our father’s advice to “own property”, and the first building in the complex was completed in the spring of 2003. Working with Torode Architects, Sandlin Properties developed the Charleston at Park Place Center, which perfectly reflects the Old World charm of Old Charleston and New Orleans.
